Mr. Frankel taught business law courses as an associate professor at JFK University School of Law for 25 years. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Bar Association for 10 years, serving as president during 2002. Mr. Frankel previously served as a Trustee of The Athenian School, Danville. A longstanding member of the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Frankel served on its board from 1993-1996 and was elected that organization's president in 1995. In 2002, Mr. Frankel was chosen the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year. Mr. Frankel is a long-time member of the San Ramon Valley Kiwanis Club and served as its president in 2000. Mr. Frankel is a member of the American Bar Association and on numerous occasions has been a speaker at the annual Bar Leaders Institute in Chicago. In 2006, Mr. Frankel was elected to a three year term to the State Bar of California, Board of Governors. In 2010, Mr. Frankel was appointed to a four year term on the State Bar of California Committee of Bar Examiners. He serves as a mediator for the Contra Costa County Superior Court. From 1966 - 1970, Mr. Frankel served in the U.S. Army Security Agency including a tour of duty in Vietnam.

Mr. Frankel is a 1972 graduate of the University of California, Davis. He received his J.D. in 1982 from the JFK University School of Law. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been a Northern California SuperLawyer for numerous years.
Stuart I. Goldware

Mr. Goldware presently concentrates on general business, employment, and estate planning and probate matters. For more than thirty years, he represented clients in state and federal courts in business, employment, real estate, and family disputes.

He is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, having previously served on the Boards of Directors and as President of the Employment Section and of the Contra Costa Barristers Association. He is also a member of the State Bar of California Employment Section. Mr. Goldware previously served on the Board of Directors of the Discovery Counseling Center of the San Ramon Valley, a community-based nonprofit mental health counseling group. Elected to two terms on the Board of Education in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, Mr. Goldware served as that board’s president in 1993 and 1998. He is a former instructor for California State University, Hayward (now East Bay), and Diablo Valley College. Mr. Goldware has served as a judge pro tem, arbitrator, and mediator for the Contra Costa County Superior Court and as a fee arbitrator for the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
Mr. Goldware is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been selected as a Northern California SuperLawyer in the employment law field.

Mr. Goldware is a 1972 graduate with honors from the University of California, Davis. He received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law, Los Angeles, in 1977.
Michelle R. Ferber

Ms. Ferber focuses on employment, litigation and other civil matters in state and federal courts.
Professional & Community Activities
She is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, formerly serving on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Section. Ms. Ferber is also a member of the Employment Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and currently serves as its President. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of Beth Chaim Congregation, Danville, of the Contra Costa Jewish Community Center and of the Women’s Division of the Jewish Federation of the Greater East Bay. Ms. Ferber also serves at Dougherty Valley High School as both its attorney mock trial coach and Vice President of its Athletic Boosters Association.

Ms. Ferber is a 1987 graduate of California State University, Northridge. She received her J.D. in 1990 from Southwestern University School of Law.
Ellen P. Rosenbluth

Ms. Rosenbluth concentrates her practice on real estate, public and private employment, and general business matters.
Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Rosenbluth is a former associate professor at John F. Kennedy University School of Law, where she taught in the Legal Research and Writing Program from 1998 until 2004. She also taught Family Law in the Paralegal Program at California State University, Hayward, in 1999 and 2000. Ms. Rosenbluth is currently an attorney-advisor to California High School's Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, is the former Vice President of the San Ramon Historic Foundation, and is the former Chairperson of the City of San Ramon’s Library Advisory and Open Space Committees. Ms. Rosenbluth is a member of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce and is a former member of the Congress of Neutrals, a nonprofit organization which provides training to small claims court mediators.

Ms. Rosenbluth earned her paralegal certificate from California State University, Hayward; graduated with honors from Saint Mary’s College with a Bachelors Degree in Science (Management); and obtained her J.D. from John F. Kennedy School of Law in 1998.
Jonathan R. Babione

James B. Wickersham

Mr. Wickersham has been licensed as an attorney in the State of California since 1973 and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court since 1993. His practice emphasizes real estate and business-related matters as well as personal injury litigation. He has more than 36 years of trial and litigation experience.

Mr. Wickersham is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the California State Bar and is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. Mr. Wickersham served on the arbitration panels of the Alameda and Contra Costa County Superior Courts between 1980 and 2000. In addition, he served as a court-appointed mediator in connection with civil litigation matters between 1995 and 2001. Mr. Wickersham has also served as a judge pro-tem for the Contra Costa County Superior Court and is presently a member of the Fee Arbitration Panel of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
Prior to admission to the California State Bar, Mr. Wickersham served for 9 years as a police officer for the City of Oakland. He is a member of the One Hundred Club of Contra Costa County
